Rent out your roof area and regularly secure rental income.

 

Renting out your own roof area to operate a photovoltaic system is a lucrative sideline for the owner. In this way, the roof owner can benefit from a photovoltaic system by renting out his roof area without having to invest himself. The investor and operator of the system feeds the electricity into the grid and receives compensation for this through direct marketing.

He is also fully responsible for the maintenance, repair and insurance of the system. The roof owner does not have to worry about anything.

 

For roof rental, roofs of at least 500 m² of usable space in question. Before realizing the solar system, we check the technical feasibility of the project. The roof owner gives us his consent for this with his signature. The roof owner does not incur any costs for the feasibility study!
